1 ea Brioche roll

2 oz Ken's Boom Boom Sauce

5 oz Beef, sliced

1 oz Kogi Secret Weapon Sauce

3 ea Jalapenos, thinly sliced

1/4 cup Pickled carrots

1 tbsp Cilantro


1.  Toast roll and brush both sides with Ken’s Boom Boom Sauce. Top with warm sliced beef tossed in Kogi Secret Weapon Sauce. Then, top with sliced jalapenos, pickled carrots and cilantro.
