5 oz Jalapeño pepper jack grits

4 oz Smoked brisket, sliced

1 fl-oz Kogi Serrano Chili Sauce

1 ea Egg, sunny side up

1 tbsp Chives, chopped


1.  Prepare your favorite jalapeño pepper jack grits recipe. Slice smoked brisket and sear in a pan with the Serrano Chili Sauce. Place 1 eggs in a pan and cook on medium high heat until done. Plate grits then top with brisket, eggs and chives.
