Fried oysters on a toasted crostini. Topped with a Kogi Garlic Serrano Sauce, bacon, tomato and microgreens.

6 ea Crostini, bias cut, toasted

6 tbsp Serrano Chili Aioli*

6 ea Smoked bacon, thick cut, cooked, 2" dice

6 ea Oysters, fried

6 ea Cherry tomato, slices

6 tsp Microgreens


1.  Spread each crostini with 2 teaspoons of Serrano Chili Aioli evenly. Place one slice of bacon and 1 fried oyster on each. Top with 1 teaspoon of Serrano Chili Aioli, 1 slice of cherry tomato and 1 teaspoon of microgreens. Serve.

1.  Place ingredients in small mixing bowl and blend well. Label, date and refrigerate.
