Brioche roll brushed with Ken’s Green Chili Aioli and topped with a grilled burger topped with swiss, shiitake mushrooms and Kogi Secret Weapon Sauce.

8 oz Burger

2 ea Slices swiss cheese

2 oz Shiitake mushrooms

2 oz Kogi Secret Weapon Sauce

1 ea Brioche Roll

2 fl-oz Ken's Green Chili Aioli

1 ea Lettuce leaf

2 ea Slices tomato


1.  Cook burger to desired doneness and melt cheese onto the burger. Sautee mushrooms with Kogi Secret Weapon Sauce. Toast roll. Then, brush both sides with Ken’s Green Chili Aioli. Top bottom roll with lettuce and tomato. Top with burger and sautéed mushrooms.
