12 ea Chicken wings

4 oz Salsa roja

1 oz Fresno chilis, sliced

1 tbsp Scallions, bias cut


1.  Deep fry wings at 350 until minimum internal temperature of 165. Remove, drain and place in a bowl. Then, toss with Kogi Salsa Roja. Plate and garnish with Fresno chilis and scallions.
