1 ea Sesame seed bun, toasted
2 ea Crispy fried chicken breast, fried
2 tbsp Serrano Chili Aioli*
1 ea Cheddar cheese, slice
2 ea Smoked bacon sliced, cooked
3 oz Sweet potato fries, cooked
2 tbsp Kogi Secret Weapon Sauce
1. Toast bun and fry breaded crispy chicken to 165F. Spread top and bottom bun with Garlic Serrano Aioli. On bottom bun place crispy fried chicken, cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and crunchy sweet potato fries. Then, drizzle with Secret Weapon Sauce. Finish with top bun and serve.
