1 Brioche roll

2 fl oz Boom Boom Sauce (KE1936)

5 oz Beef, sliced

1 fl oz Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG)

4 slices Jalapeño, thinly sliced

1/4 cup Pickled carrots

1 tbsp Cilantro

directions

1.  Toast roll and brush both sides with Boom Boom Sauce (KE1936).

2.  Top with warm sliced beef tossed in Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG).

3.  Top with sliced jalapeños, pickled carrots and cilantro.
