Breakfast Focaccia with Korean Taco Sauce

Focaccia topped with Korean hot sauce, cheddar cheese, sausage, bacon, roasted red peppers and a sunny side egg.

  • 1 each Focaccia bread
  • 1 fl oz Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG)
  • 1 fl oz Cheddar cheese
  • 1 fl oz Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Applewood bacon, cooked, diced
  • 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers
  • 1 each Sunny-side egg
  • 1 tsp Chives, chopped


  1. Place focaccia on a pan and top with Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG), cheddar cheese, sausage, bacon and roasted peppers.
  2. Bake at 400°F until cheese melts.
  3. Remove and top with sunny side egg.
  4. Drizzle with Korean Taco Sauce (KG5023HG) and chopped chives.
