Fried oysters on a toasted crostini. Topped with a Kogi serrano chili aioli, bacon, tomato and microgreens.

  • 5 Crostini, bias cut, toasted
  • 6 tbsp serrano chili aioli
  • 5 slices Smoked bacon, thick cut, cooked, 2" dice
  • 5 Oysters, fried
  • 5 slices Cherry tomato
  • 6 tsp Microgreens


  1. Spread each crostini evenly with 2 teaspoons of serrano chili aioli.
  2. Place one slice of bacon and 1 fried oyster on each crostini.
  3. Top each with 1 teaspoon of serrano chili aioli, 1 slice of cherry tomato and 1 teaspoon of microgreens. Serve.

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
