fried oyster BLT
Fried oysters on a toasted crostini. Topped with a Kogi serrano chili aioli, bacon, tomato and microgreens.
- 5 Crostini, bias cut, toasted
- 6 tbsp serrano chili aioli
- 5 slices Smoked bacon, thick cut, cooked, 2" dice
- 5 Oysters, fried
- 5 slices Cherry tomato
- 6 tsp Microgreens
- Spread each crostini evenly with 2 teaspoons of serrano chili aioli.
- Place one slice of bacon and 1 fried oyster on each crostini.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon of serrano chili aioli, 1 slice of cherry tomato and 1 teaspoon of microgreens. Serve.

- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
