Brioche roll brushed with Ken’s Green Chili Aioli and topped with a grilled burger topped with swiss, shiitake mushrooms and Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki.
- 8 oz Burger
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 oz Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 fl oz Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG)
- 1 each Brioche Roll
- 2 fl oz Ken's Signature Green Chili Aioli (KE3192-2)
- 1 leaf Lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato
- Cook burger to desired doneness and melt cheese onto the burger.
- Sauté mushrooms with Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG).
- Toast roll. Then, brush both sides with Ken's Signature Green Chili Aioli (KE3192-2).
- Top crown with lettuce and tomato. Top heel with burger and sautéed mushrooms.
