8 oz Burger
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 oz Shiitake mushrooms
1 each Brioche Roll
1 leaf Lettuce
2 slices Tomato
1. Cook burger to desired doneness and melt cheese onto the burger.
2. Sauté mushrooms with Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG).
3. Toast roll. Then, brush both sides with Ken's Signature Green Chili Aioli (KE3192-2).
4. Top crown with lettuce and tomato. Top heel with burger and sautéed mushrooms.
