Kogi Korean BBQ marinated ground wagyu grilled beef patty topped with sweet garlic teriyaki slaw on a toasted sesame seed bun. Served with Korean BBQ aioli.

1 Sesame seed bun, toasted

2 tbsp rebellion aioli

8 oz Wagyu beef patty, grilled

1/2 cup Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG)

4 slices Grilled onion

2 oz sweet garlic teriyaki slaw

directions

1.  Marinate wagyu in Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG) for at least 30 minutes and then grill to desired temperature.

2.  Spread crown of toasted bun and heel with rebellion aioli.

3.  Top with marinated grilled wagu beef burger, grilled onions and sweet garlic teriyaki slaw.

4.  Place crown on top and serve with your choice of side.

1.  Make sweet garlic teriyaki slaw by mixing coleslaw with Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (KG3262HG).

directions

1.  Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
