1 lb shaved ribeye steak
1 cup sautéed peppers & onions
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese , (or 1 cup shredded)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 hoagie rolls, 10"
1. Heat flattop or pan and add oil.
2. Sear ribeye “Philly Style” and top with Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce (KG3263HG) and cheese to melt.
3. Warm rolls and brush inside of rolls with Korean Hot Sauce with Garlic and Gochujang (KG3264HG) and Premium Mayonnaise (KE0911).
4. Place steak and cheese in rolls, top with peppers & onions and serve.
