- 6 Chicken wings
- 2 fl oz Korean Hot Sauce with Garlic and Gochujang (KG3264HG)
- 1 oz Fresno chilis, sliced
- 1 tbsp Scallions, bias cut
directions
- Deep fry wings at 350°F until minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove, drain and place in a bowl. Then, toss with Korean Hot Sauce with Garlic and Gochujang (KG3264HG).
- Plate and garnish with Fresno chilis and scallions.
