Nothings Impossible Burger with Serrano Chili Aioli
- 1 Impossible burger patty, 6 oz
- 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper blend
- 1 Potato roll, toasted
- 3 fl oz serrano chili aioli
- 2 fl oz Red Pepper Fennel Slaw
- Season patty on both sides and place on flat top grill, cook until internal temperature is 155F°
- Toast bun on flat top grill and remove to plate. Spread crown and heel of bun with serrano chili aioli.
- Place burger patty on heel of bun and top with Red Pepper Fennel Slaw and crown.
Red Pepper Fennel Slaw
- 2 fl oz Roasted red peppers, julienne
- 2 fl oz Fennel bulb, julienne
- 2 fl oz Sweet onion, julienne
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing (KE0819)
- 2 tsp Mint, chopped
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine with Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing (KE0819).

- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
