1 bolillo bun
5 oz crispy fried chicken breast pieces, 1” chunks
1 tbsp grated orange zest
1 tbsp green onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp black & white sesame seeds
1. Slice bun and warm on the grill until lightly toasted.
2. Toss the fried chicken with Sweet Orange Chili Sauce with Garlic and Soy (KG3447HG) until coated and place on heel.
3. Top with freshly grated orange zest and green onions.
4. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds, top with crown and serve.
