Orange Fried Lobster Tacos
- 3 Corn tortillas, 3-4”
- 3 fl oz Sweet Orange Chili Sauce with Garlic and Soy (KG3447HG)
- 2 fl oz Secret Weapon Slaw
- 3 oz fresh lobster meat, cut into ¾” chunks & Beer Battered
- Beer batter & fry lobster meat.
- Grill tortillas until warm. Divide lobster meat into the tortillas.
- Drizzle lobster meat with Sweet Orange Chili Sauce with Garlic and Soy (KG3447HG), top with Secret Weapon Slaw and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
Secret Weapon Slaw
- 16 oz red cabbage, shredded
- 16 oz Napa cabbage, shredded
- 8 oz carrot, julienne
- 4 oz green onions, slice thin bias cut
- 2 fl oz cilantro, chopped
- 3 fl oz Kogi Ponzu Vinaigrette
- Combine Kogi Ponzu Vinaigrette with all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl, toss well until all lightly coated.
- Store, label and refrigerate until use.
