3 Corn tortillas, 3-4”
2 fl oz Secret Weapon Slaw
3 oz fresh lobster meat, cut into ¾” chunks & Beer Battered
1. Beer batter & fry lobster meat.
2. Grill tortillas until warm. Divide lobster meat into the tortillas.
3. Drizzle lobster meat with Sweet Orange Chili Sauce with Garlic and Soy (KG3447HG), top with Secret Weapon Slaw and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
Secret Weapon Slaw
16 oz red cabbage, shredded
16 oz Napa cabbage, shredded
8 oz carrot, julienne
4 oz green onions, slice thin bias cut
2 fl oz cilantro, chopped
3 fl oz Kogi Ponzu Vinaigrette
1. Combine Kogi Ponzu Vinaigrette with all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl, toss well until all lightly coated.
2. Store, label and refrigerate until use.
