5 oz pulled rotisserie chicken
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup arugula
3 slices avocado
1/4 cup roasted tomato
1. Toss warm chicken in Sticky Spicy Wing Sauce with Gochujang (KG3448HG).
2. Cut ciabatta in half and brush with butter on both insides & toast on grill.
3. Top with chicken, arugula, avocado and roasted tomato.
4. Cut and serve open faced.
