3 fl oz Sweet Orange Chili Sauce with Garlic and Soy (KG3447HG)

5 oz chicken breast, julienne

1/2 cup small raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 cups steamed white rice, chilled & one day old preferred

1/4 cup onion, sliced thin

1 tsp garlic, fresh chopped

1/2 tsp ginger, fresh chopped

2 eggs, beaten

1 tbsp red bell pepper, fine diced

1 tbsp grated orange zest

1 tbsp green onion, sliced thin

1 fl oz sesame oil

1/2 fl oz canola oil

1/2 tsp black & white sesame seeds


1.  Heat Wok & add oils. Add chicken and shrimp and toss until crispy.

2.  Add garlic, eggs & ginger and toss a few times.

3.  Quickly add Sweet Orange Chili Sauce with Garlic and Soy (KG3447HG) with all remaining ingredients and cook until well heated and incorporated.
