Sticky Spicy Stir Fry Beef with Herbs and Mango

ingredients

  • 6 oz beef Sirloin, cut into 1 inch strips
  • 4 tsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup jicama strips, cut 1-1/2 x 1/4-inch
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 6 oz Sticky Spicy Wing Sauce with Gochujang (KG3448HG)
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, julienne

directions

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in large skillet over high heat until hot. Add beef and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, keep warm.
  2. Heat remaining oil in same skillet over medium-high heat. Add jicama, snap peas and bell pepper; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Return beef to skillet. Stir in mango and Sticky Spicy Wing Sauce with Gochujang (KG3448HG). Cook until heated through. Serve over brown rice
  4. Garnish with cilantro and mint.
  5. Serve.
