6 oz shaved chicken breast
2 slices Provolone cheese
1 sub roll
1 cup sautéed mushrooms
1 cup onion, thinly sliced & caramelized
1. Sauté chicken until cooked through, 165°F, and toss with Sticky Spicy Wing Sauce with Gochujang (KG3448HG).
2. Top chicken with provolone and melt. Place on roll and top with onions & mushrooms
3. Cut and serve with your choice of side.
