Sticky Spicy Chicken Sandwich
- Grill chicken to 165°F and slice thin,
- Split roll in half and place chicken inside.
- Drizzle chicken with Sticky Spicy Wing Sauce with Gochujang (KG3448HG) and top with freshly made Apple Cider Vinaigrette Slaw.
Apple Cider Slaw
- 12 oz Cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 each Carrots, julienne
- 1 each Fuji apple, cored, julienne
- 4 oz Scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 oz Parsley leaves, finely minced
- 4 fl oz Apple Cider Vinaigrette (KE2280)
- Combine cabbage, carrots, apple, scallions, and parsley in a mixing bowl and blend with Apple Cider Vinaigrette (KE2280) until well coated.
- Keep slaw chilled until ready to serve.
